Christmas Eve!

Chris worked a half a day on Christmas eve, we decided to run out to the ranch to let the horses go for the winter, check on the cows, and the solar panel for the windmill. It was so beautiful and peaceful out there, my heart felt so full.

Kin is no stranger to the "boos," she loves the cows and isn't scared of them. She does understand they are bigger than her though and doesn't try to get too close unless her daddy is holding her.

Chris has these cows trained pretty well, when he honks the horn they all come running in anticipation of fresh hay.

love this little cowgirl.

one of my favorite pictures. :)

That night we went to the Heaton's for dinner and to celebrate Christmas Eve, uncle Paul was there also. It was fun to have her open her jammies and start a tradition of giving her a christmas book to read as a family that night with her jams!

Chris took this picture of Kinley that we love so much!

We went back to our house and I put these two to work! :) This picture makes me laugh, they were so sweet to put together whatever I needed them too.

Now we just had to go to sleep so Santa would come!!
