When we pulled up to our house from the hospital, Kinley and my mom had decorated the outside of our house with pink balloons on the trees and a Baby banner on our window. My mom and Kinley were also looking out our front window waving at us. I got teary eyed seeing them waiting for us to arrive!
Right when we got home from the hospital Kinley wanted to hold the baby! She was giving Ellie kisses, E wasn't so sure about the love!
First night home, both girls in their jammies!
Ellie was a bit jaundice, daddy and E laying in the sun.
Ellie sleeps like a "Hillam" mouth all the way open!
Kinley always says "Eyyee (ellie) has dark hair!"
such a sweetie!
Kinley has done really well with the new changes in our house, she has had her moments but overall she has been so good and helpful. She loves Ellie! Chris took her one morning to turn the water on just them two, she wanted on the horse so Chris put her up there. She yelled "go go go!"
She wasn't too thrilled Mustard was just eating instead of giving her a ride.
Kin also loves to tell me "Mom Eyyee's eyes are open!!" Ellie likes to sleep a lot.
I am obsessed with baby feet, especially these ones!
Such a cute squishy little face!
love all the details of her.
I hope her dark hair sticks around, it's so beautiful.
my chocolate lover.
more sun tanning for E, Kinley wanted to join her.
this girl loves to be snuggled!
we got the bubble machine out, Kinley wasn't too sure about it. She would stick her hands straight our in front of her!
She eventually warmed up to it and started loving it!
Her swelling is starting to go down and she is changing so much! She looks just like her daddy, I think. :)
love her!
Ellie also sleeps like her sissy.
Nana left us today, it was really hard saying goodbye to her. She was so much help while she was here. She was constantly cleaning, making a meal, changing a diaper, taking care of a baby, playing with Kinley, grocery shopping or running an errand. She is such a wonderful example to me and I'm grateful we could spend these last two weeks together. Love you, mom!
